Production Supervisor
•Worked for the largest and most profitable distributor in the world, with a diverse slate that covered Live Action to Animation, Adults to Pre-School. The brands included such prestigious companies as Disney, Miramax, Touchstone, Pixar, ESPN, Hollywood Pictures, ABC, Disney’s Classics, Marvel and others.
•As a Production Supervisor on the corporate side I was in charge of the outsourced creative teams (about ten vendors total), from the producers down to the editors. This supervision also included all aspects of the voice talent as well.
•Worked as Production Supervisor on the “Key Art” Winner and “Telly” Finalist Campaign for “Pirates of the Caribbean”
•In charge of quality control of all finished spots including the video, audio splits and confirming the trafficking codes and specifications.
•Delivered finished spots to marketing’s specifications including: assigning ISCI and DIVERAD codes; generating meticulous memos that laid out all specifications and dubs; assigning the commercials tags; gathering all elements needed for the vendors to finish to the specifications with multiple formats.
•Sought network pre-clearances / clearances for all projects that aired.
•Set up trafficking of TV spots for North America and Canada.
•Provided final box art conformed to TV, legal & proofing specifications.
•Arranged all dubs and trafficking of spots for national testing on all major commercial campaigns.

Planning Coordinator
Was the primary point person for the prestigious Disney Classics, Walt Disney treasures and Back Catalogue titles to be made into DVDs. I was in charge of global Mastering / Authoring including regionalizing of up to 203 DVD titles simultaneously. I created and implemented timelines for the production of each DVD and then was the go-between for all departments and vendors that were working on each title. Through multi-departmental calls that I lead we would alter timelines to make adjustments to the DVD content and programming in order to keep our pressing and street release dates for International release. I worked on well over 300 titles during my contract.
Warner Brothers Position as an Independent Contractor
DVD PRODUCTION, AOL/Time Warner Warner Home Video, Burbank, CA11/04 – 12/04
International Production Supervisor
Manage production process for international DVD releases of Warner Bros. new release, catalog, family entertainment, and television episodic titles. Territories include Japan, Asia, Latin America, and China.
•As a Production Supervisor on the corporate side I was in charge of the outsourced creative teams (about ten vendors total), from the producers down to the editors.
•Create and monitor production schedules based on street release dates.
•Track deliveries and approvals of audio, subtitle, menu, and special feature elements.
•Liaise with international clients via e-mail and telephone to ensure deadlines are met and issues are resolved.
•Interact extensively with other Warner Bros. departments including Marketing, Creative Services, Warner Hollywood Sound, Operations, the International Dubbing Group, as well as outside vendors.
•Create and review budgets for each title in each territory.
•Create work orders for each title in each market and monitor progress at authoring facilities.
•Supervise Production Coordinator.
Following is one example of my consulting for non-entertainment related companies.
INNOLOG Logistics, INC. Seattle, WA & Los Angeles, CA10/02 – 3/03
Logistics Specialist
Hired as a Logistic Specialist for the subcontractor of the Transportation Security Administration to lead the internal team as the Deputy of SEATAC International Airport and Los Angeles International Airport for the United States federalization of the passenger screeners.
Duties included but were not limited to:
- Establishing offices in each airport.
- Establishing temporary offices near each airport for the “Strategic Airport Security Rollout”(SASR) team including:
- Hiring a rotating team of 20 to 35 members in both cities
- Training of team in aspects of the SASR operations
- Scheduling teams hours and rollouts to other airports
- Creating a temporary uniform issuing office for the new officers including:
- All logistics for shipping and issuing federal uniforms to newly hired screening officers,
- processing the new hire paperwork of the TSA for SASR
- Reporting and tracking all secure shipments of uniforms
- Leading portions of the orientation to all newly hired passenger and baggage screening officers for the local TSA teams.
- Leading the SASR portions of the setup of the airport for rollouts including:
- Visual inspections of the airport for the setup of the new screening lines.
- Logistics of all the shipping and receiving of the new equipment of the screening officers
- Issuing of materials to the proper authorities with in the airport for the newly created federal specifications
- Hands on creating of the new federal lanes according to new guidelines
- Tracking the training of the new hires including
- Using proprietary software to log hours trained.
- Reporting to Washington all statistics on a daily basis.
- Reporting when officers were available for final testing.
- Rescheduling of officers for remedial training.
- Reporting when officers should be let go if training was not satisfactory.
- Handling logistics for the federal trainers known as the Mobile Screening Force (MSF) to come in and train the local new hires including:
- Setting up a temporary information kiosk for all the traveling MSF
- Tracking all travel in and out of MSF at airports assigned to me as Deputy
- Setting up room & board, and maintaining it for revolving list of MSF
- Handling all logistics of the MSF uniform, lost pay, correspondence, local travel and scheduling.
- Supervising a team of Schedulers for the SASR team (on proprietary software)to track all newly hired screeners at each local airport that was assigned to as a Deputy
- Deputy responsibilities in addition to above included:
- Reporting a situation report daily to my head quarters, primary government subcontractor Lockheed, and the federal governments TSA offices
- Interacting with all seven companies working on the federal rollout of airports and assisting them with any reports from our division
- Maintaining team under the budgetary parameters set up by the company and the U.S. Government.
