Filming in London

“Extreme Body” on the Discovery Channel
I got to film a a Discovery Channel TV Series over the past few weeks. I did the first part outside of Los Angeles, and the second half in London.
The LA part was great cause I was working with my favorite friends. I was surprised to hear that I was going to London for just one day of green-screen and SFX, but who am I to argue.
I got to film in Ealing studios. That is where they filmed the old Ealing comedies, and the peter sellers movies. For a physical comic that was like getting to go to Mecca.
After the shoot, I toured around London for a few days, seeing all the sites. Then, I took a few days to visit my best friend growing up, Steve Barrons. He is stationed over there about 2 hours north of London. His house was an old Piggery, really great house & yard. I even got to go out with his Special Ops team and watch them drop into the North Sea. It was Very Cold, but awesome to watch.
Enjoy the pictures!
... oh, the “Extreme Body” series will air next January.
it can feel lonely as a actor to make up everything- just a green screen, and some how very freeing. And they said mime training would never pay off.
...fighting an invisible bolder, oh what a great metaphor.
Here is a taste of my day.
It was about a 8 hour day total, not too bad. It was cool to be working every shot, I felt like a star!
Ummm, can I “take 5” to put on my cup???
Getting paid to do Stunts, see London, work at the Mecca of old English comedies, & visit child hood friends... does it get much better?
Some random shots from the rest of the trip for ya
come on, that’s funny

like father, like son... (Steve & Jake) taking a pee in the yard. I can’t wait to have a son, because my wife still is hesitant to peeing in the yard with me.
Ah, Cambridge
Steve’s House, not bad for a Piggery.
